Born to a long line of engineers and woodworkers, Kayla has taken up her family trade of building with her hands but she far surpasses any of her ancestors in her grasp of how to build something from very little. She spends her days tinkering and coming up with new ideas. She'll sketch it out on the walls or the floors, wherever she can find space. She has a few tattoos of gear ratios and conversion charts on her forearms so she'll never lose them.
